We use your information to respond to project inquiries, deliver our services, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, invoice receipts, ticket replies), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Payments
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error tracking), Sanity (CMS), Cloudflare (CDN and security), and Calendly (scheduling). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data use.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data and invoices are retained for 7 years for legal and financial record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
6. Your Rights

7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, rate limiting, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
