CFX Web Design

Terms of Service

Last updated: January 1, 2025

1. Services

CFX Web Design provides custom web development services including Tebex Headless storefronts, FiveM community platforms, and custom web applications. These Terms govern your use of our services and client portal.

2. Project Agreements

Each project begins with a formal proposal and agreement outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Work begins only after a signed agreement and 50% deposit payment. Final deliverables are released upon receipt of final payment.

3. Payment Terms

All projects require a 50% deposit to begin. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and client approval. Invoices are due within 14 days. Overdue invoices may result in work being paused. All prices are in USD.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project become your property. CFX Web Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

5. Revisions

Revision rounds are specified in your project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. Unlimited revision plans include revisions to existing designs and features — not new feature additions.

6. Project Timeline

Timelines stated in proposals are estimates. We commit to communicating any delays promptly. Delays caused by client response time, late feedback, or scope changes are not counted against our delivery timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content and assets, and access to required accounts. Significant delays in client response (14+ days) may result in project rescheduling.

8. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If we are unable to complete the project due to our error, a pro-rated refund of the deposit may be issued. Final payments are non-refundable once deliverables have been approved.

9. Hosting and Maintenance

We deploy projects to client-owned hosting infrastructure. We are not responsible for ongoing hosting costs or downtime post-launch. Post-launch support is available on a retainer or per-incident basis.

10. Limitation of Liability

CFX Web Design's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

12. Contact
